A new Community Centre project developed in partnership with Derry & Strabane District Council to provide community space, a full programme of activities and opportunities for all ages of the local community. The main building houses a multi-purpose hall, reception area and meeting rooms that are be available for training, community bonding and various health programmes on offer to the wider community.
It is a mixture of single and two storey load bearing masonry and steel frame buildings across a sloping site. Semi basement and under crofts utilised the site topography.
