At Design ID, we value collaboration with recruitment agencies to source top talent. However, to ensure transparency and fairness in our recruitment process, we have specific guidelines in place:
- Preferred Suppliers: We operate with a list of preferred recruitment agencies, which are periodically reviewed and updated. These agencies are invited to support us in sourcing candidates for specific roles.
- Signed Agreements: We only pay agency fees where there is a signed agreement in place with a recruitment agency. This agreement must be established prior to any candidate submissions.
- Unsolicited CVs: We do not accept speculative or unsolicited CVs from recruitment agencies or suppliers who are not part of our preferred list. Submission of unsolicited CVs directly to Design ID or our employees will not result in any agency fees.
- Direct Contact: In the event of receiving unsolicited CVs, we reserve the right to contact these candidates directly and consider them for current or future vacancies without any financial obligation to the recruitment agency in question.
- Compliance: By submitting unsolicited CVs or proposals to Design ID, recruitment agencies and suppliers acknowledge and accept our approach. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the disqualification of candidates and termination of agency agreements.
