Ramon Escriva

Ramon graduated from Polytechnic University of Valencia with a degree in Civil Engineering and subsequently completed a Master of Science in Structural Engineering, earning an A+ with Honours for his master's thesis on CFD applied to Structural Engineering. Driven by his personal interest in the field, he has continued to publish research on related topics.

Ramon has lived in Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mauritania, and Germany, and his experiences in these countries have fostered a deep passion for exploring the interplay between culture, weather, and social politics.

Ramon is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland. His career spans various roles in engineering consultancies and construction manufacturers. He brings over 10 years of experience in design, manufacturing operations, process improvement, contracts management, and sustainability to enhance value and project delivery. Techy character, always eager to learn something new, Ramon is a Spanish national settled in the beautiful Emerald Isle. Father, husband, greyhound lover and bass player.

Fun fact: In a move to impress his wife-to-be, Ramon jumped from the 24m Mostar bridge!
