Will Stenton

Will is studying Structural Engineering with Architecture at Queens, he joined Design ID in 2022, on a placement year at our London office, working primarily for the modular team. 

On his return to Belfast this summer he has continued to work in our Hillsborough office in conjunction with his studies. During his penultimate year at Queen’s Will completed a dissertation on “Non-Destructive Methods of Testing Historic Timber”. For this research he received the ‘Hugh Turtle’ and ‘Tetra Tech: Leading with Science’ awards. 

Heading into his final year at Queen’s, Will knows this won't be the end of his education as he has plans to develop his passion for conservation by gaining further qualifications.

Fun Fact: Will enjoys cooking, woodworking and sailing.
